In May 2027, B Positive will take on an extraordinary journey across Northern Ireland in memory of Adam Watson, a little boy whose positivity, courage and ability to bring people together continues to inspire thousands.
Beginning at Derry’s historic Walls and finishing at the Mourne Wall, the Wall to Wall challenge will cover 150 miles across 8 days, travelling through towns, villages and communities connected by one shared purpose: remembering Adam and continuing the message he lived every day, to always B Positive.

The Journey
The route will travel across Northern Ireland, including:
- Derry/Londonderry
- Coleraine
- Ballymoney
- Ballymena
- Moira
- Banbridge
- Newcastle
- Mourne Mountains
The challenge will conclude with a final climb to the Mourne Wall.
Walk With Us
A core team will complete the full journey, but supporters are encouraged to join for individual stages along the route.
Whether you walk one mile or all 150, every step is a way of remembering Adam and supporting the wider B Positive community.
We would also love to see local schools, businesses and communities come out along the route to support the walkers and help create a special atmosphere across the week.

It is about community, connection and remembering a little boy who had an extraordinary impact on the people around him.
As Adam’s mum Sara said:
